1. After I order an item, when will it be shipped out?

When you place an order, handling time will be 1-3 business days from our supplier.

2. How do I track my order?

The second your package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you will be able to track your item until delivery.

3. How long does it take for delivery?

Shipping time will be 8 business days

4. What shipping carriers do you offer?

For delivery within the USA, we offer USPS First Class. For shipping from the rest of the world to the USA, we offer economy shipping.

5. What is the cost of shipping?

All purchases are free shipping.

6. How do I request a refund?

Please notify us within 30 days for a return. To start a return, contact us at sp@bluerazberi.com or you can call 818-287-4931, or use the Contact Page on the Bluerazberi website.

After you have contacted us, we will email you the return address. Pack the goods with original packaging and tags.

7. When will I get the refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. If more than 5 business days have passed since we’ve received your return, please contact us at sp@bluerazberi.com.

Items returned as defective, damaged, or if it's the wrong item will always be approved.

8. How do I cancel an order, or suppose I just changed my mind?

If you want to cancel an order, please contact us at sp@bluerazberi.com or use the Contact Page in the Bluerazberi website, or call 818-287-4931. We will help you ASAP. Please contact us as soon as possible. The process time to fulfill an order is quick and once it's mailed out, cancellation or changing your mind will not be possible. At this point you would have to wait until you receive the item and do the return process as explained in the Return & Refund Policy.

9. What if I don't receive my order?

If you didn't receive you order contact us sp@bluerazberi.com, or call us at 818-287-4931 and we will help rectify the problem or replace it.

10. What if I received a damaged product, or an item is missing?

If an item is damaged or a piece missing, rest assured we will resolve the issue right away. We will either send you another item or issue a full refund. Contact us at sp@bluerazberi.com or send us a message on the Contact Page in the Bluerazberi website, or call 818-287-4931.Shipping will be free.

11. What if I want an exchange?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is received, make a separate purchase for the new item. Return shipping of the item will be free. Please let us know you are exchanging the item. Email sp@bluerazberi.com or call 818-287-4931, or use the Contact Page in the Bluerazberi website.

12. What items are non-returnable?

We do not sell any items that are non-returnable.

13. Do you have a warranty for items that have broken or have torn after use?

If an item is defective (such as broken or torn) when you receive it, or after use within 30 days after receipt of the item, please contact us within the 30 days by calling us at 818-287-4931. You can also use the Contact Page on the Bluerazberi website or email us at sp@bluerazberi.com. We will pay for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Once we receive it, you will then receive your refund.

14. What is your warranty For Moissanite?

If your Moissanite stone is larger than .03 carats, it will come with a Limited Warranty for 1 year. If there is an issue with your jewelry piece, please call us at 818-287-4931 or use the Contact Page on the Bluerazberi website. You may also email us at sp@bluerazberi.com. We will give you instructions and the address of the manufacturer to send your piece.
